Golden ring of Almaty region: 6 locations

This is individual tour to nature offer a unique blend of adventure, exploration, and natural beauty. It provides access to remote locations with the beautiful panoramic view to mountains peaks above 4,000 meters (13 123 ft) above sea level. Also this tour provides a traditional food, which you will enjoy in the astonishing surroundings.

First day, I’ll pick you up from your place at 7/8 o’clock in the morning.
We drive to The State National Natural Park “Altyn-Emel”,
after 3 hours we will get to first location Singing dune.
There will be easy walk from car parking place to view point about 800 metres
The history of the origin of sand dunes with the often strong winds.
For centuries, Western and Eastern winds blowing along the Kalkan mountains
and The Ili river brought masses of sand with them and colaided at the junction of the Big and Small Kalkan mountains.
Than after that we reach Aktau mountains.
They are the most picturesquike and unique place in its landscapes in the national Park.
This is the bottom of the ancient sea that once filled the Ili baisen.
With the disappearance of the sea,
nature has created here the most beautiful gorge and canyons of sea walls,
composed of ˌmulticolored layers of rocks.
After we finish with Aktau, we go to Bashi village for overnight at guest house or hotel.

Second day, we drive to Charyn canyons after 4 hours we will get to location. There will be easy walk from car parking place to view point about 800 m. After 40 minutes we will move forward.

Next stop will be near to Kaindy lakes. From car parked place to lakes need to take another car or you can do some hiking about 2 km with elevation angle 200 meters or you can take horse for ride. The lake was formed as the result of a major limestone landslide triggered by the earthquake in 1911. It blocked the gorge and was filled by mountain river water. The lake contains trunks of spruce trees that rise above the surface of the lake. The area is often referred to as a “sunken forest”. After we finish with Kaindy lake, we go back to Satty village for overnight at guest house or hotel. That will be a great opportunity to see everyday life of Kazakh village residents in their real environment and sleep in the freshest air in mountains.

Next day, in the morning we will go to see third location a beautiful Kolsay lakes. Words are unnecessary here. You just need to explore it.
Afternoon we drive back to Almaty. Will be in city about 7/8:00 pm, I will drop you off to your place.
