What to Expect When Visiting Mendoza, Cuyo, Argentina
Take in the views of the Andes and enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle on a full-day trekking tour to Mt Aconcagua (22,841 feet above sea level). You will have a chance to trek to the Base Camp, Confluencia. This tour includes a professional guide and round-trip transportation.
Stop At: Parque Provincial Aconcagua, Mendoza Argentina
First, we will drive to Aconcagua National Park, near the Chilean border, in private transport, enjoying the mountain views and small villages of the central Andes on the way. We will stop briefly at Puente del Inca, a remarkable 70-ft-long natural rock bridge that crosses the Cuevas River and from which drip ribbons of bright yellow rock created by local sulfur deposits.
When we arrive at the National Park we will be on the same path as the Mountaineers, as we hike in towards the spectacular sight of Aconcagua.
