Domestic Arrivals
After booking, you will receive a confirmation. For domestic, your driver will be waiting for you at your carousel with your name on a board. Please make yourself known to him/her then collect your luggage.
International Arrivals
If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will be greeting you with a smile and a board with your name on it.
