Enjoy a relaxing and intimate early evening in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate.
Upon arrival your host will welcome you to the Estate with a glass of our Sauvignon Blanc. While sipping on the wine you will learn about our wildlife conservation and bushland sanctuary, and discover the provenance of our Margaret River wines.
Settle down on your private picnic spot or wine barrel bar table and enjoy the sun setting over the vines. Keep some of your sauvignon blanc in anticipation for your host bringing you eight delicious hand-crafted morsels designed to match our single vineyard wines. These are exclusively created by internationally renowned Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell.
Take your time and savour on the elements of each delight. The gradual tasting continues when a glass of chardonnay is introduced and later a glass of our shiraz. Again, each are to be complimented by their respective morsel. As the time passes a taste of cabernet sauvignon is the final introduction and the final match.
As dusk finally falls, each couple will retire with a bottle of Passel Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and local artisanal cheese and condiments to enjoyed at the comfort of your home.
