Beginning in Perth, we head north towards the famous Monkey Mia in Shark Bay for an adventure filled 4 days. We’ll take you on a journey full of beautiful beaches, brilliant red gorges and amazing scenery in an area well known for its wide range of unique wildlife! Monkey Mia’s famous bottlenose dolphins are just one part of this epic adventure along the West Coast.

Itinerary
Day 1: Perth to Pinnacles to Kalbarri National Park
Stop At: The Pinnacles, Pinnacles Drive Nambung National Park, Cervantes, Western Australia 6511 Australia
Beginning in Perth, we head into the strange and eerie Pinnacles Desert, with a guided walk through the limestone structures that reach up out of the golden desert sands
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Geraldton, Geraldton, Western Australia
Followed by a scenic lunch location by the sea and a stop in Geraldton.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Kalbarri, Kalbarri, Western Australia
Stay overnight in the sleepy seaside town of Kalbarri, where the Murchison River flows out into the Indian Ocean.
Duration: 6 hours

Day 2: Kalbarri National Park to Monkey Mia, Shark Bay
Stop At: Kalbarri National Park WA 6536, Australia
Visit the marvels of The Murchison Gorge and Z-Bend in Kalbarri National Park where water has carved its way through sandstone. Here you have the option to try abseiling (additional cost). Walking distance approx. 3km

Stop At: Nature’s Window, Ajana-Kalbarri Road, Kalbarri, Western Australia 6536 Australia
Enjoy the spectacular view at Nature’s Window a great location for that picture perfect photo opportunity.

Stop At: Shell Beach, Via Shark Bay Road, Denham, Western Australia 6537 Australia
Take a strolling along Shell Beach, made of millions of tiny white shells.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Monkey Mia, Monkey Mia, Western Australia
Then it’s on to Monkey Mia where we will stay right by the beach with resident dolphins at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort.

Day 3: Monkey Mia to Hamelin Pools to Northampton
Stop At: Monkey Mia Reserve, 1 Monkey Mia Rd Shark Bay area, Gascoyne Region, Monkey Mia, Western Australia 6537 Australia
This morning we will meet the famous Monkey Mia Dolphins and get some up and close amazing photos. Choose to hire a Kayak and go for a paddle (optional extra), chill out on the beach or at the resort or search for turtles, dugongs, emus and kangaroos all who call this region home!

Stop At: Hamelin Pool Marine Nature Reserve, Hamelin Pool Road, Shark Bay Gascoyne Region, Denham, Western Australia 6536 Australia
We venture out to visit the breathing rock formations called The Stromatolites at Hamelin Pool, before we head towards our final night of the tour for a truly unique Australian overnight stay near Northampton.

Day 4: Northampton / Northbrook to Perth
Stop At: Northampton, Northampton, Western Australia
Enjoy the last views of the countryside at our farmstay, as we travel south towards Perth – the capital of Western Australia.

Kick back and relax on the bus as you’ll have plenty of time to explore the sights on your return. Before returning to Perth in the afternoon.
