Day 1: Vila do Abraão – Bananal

After a breakfast we give ourselves a good stretch and set off for another full day.

Day 3: Araçatiba – Aventureiro

Another day waking up in Paradise.
After our breakfast we set off.
Our aim today is to reach Aventureiro Beach

The Second biggest village in the Island

Aventureiro is home of arguably the world’s most famous palm tree
Espia viewpoint is a breathtaking experience and we will take you there as optional activity.

A natural underground cave connected to the sea by an underwater passage where the water glows with the sunlight.

Day 4: Aventureiro – Parnaioca

Wake up in Aventureiro is always empowering.
After a breakfast we set off for one more day of adventure.
The way we go to Parnaioca depends on the State Park Permission to cross the Biological Reserve of Sul and Leste Beaches.

Extension 10 km
Highlight: Beaches, waterfall, nature reserve and beach cleaning activity (depending on state park authorization).
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Leste e do Sul Beach, Angra Dos Reis, Ilha Grande, State of Rio de Janeiro Brazil
Sul and Lest Beaches are part of a Biological Reserve, this very special place is a wildlife sanctuary, the way we cross them will depend on the INEA instructions and authorisation.

Parnaioca is a special chapter on this book.
Here is one of the most preserved places in the island that camping and overnight stay is permitted.
Everything is well behind in time, there is no power lines and a generator only runs for few hours, the water from the showers are heated using firewood.

Day 5: Simply Parnaioca

This is a free day, time to enjoy even more the paradise
Guided hiking for the waterfall, where you can enjoy natural polls and small falls. This is an optional activity but highly recommended.

Day 6: Parnaioca – Abraão
