We are going to discover one important aspect of Brazilian culture: the food!
The chef will present the ingredients and teach how to choose the freshest and most ideal for making food.
We are going to listen to the history of each of the dishes and their importance for Brazilians.

We will help the chef prepare one of the dishes: the feijoada or the seafood moqueca.
We are also going to prepare Queijo coalho with geleia de pimenta (cheese cubes with pepper jam), linguica with cebola flambada na cachaça (sautée sausages and onions on cachaça) and Brigadeiro.
To drink, we are going to make a caipirinha and a coconut shake.

• Cheese cubes with pepper jam – Salty cheese cubes coverted with home-made pepper jam
• Sautée sausages and onions on cachaça – Sausages sautee with onions with chachaça.
• Feijoada – Black bean stew with hearty sausages and sundried beef.
• Seafood Moqueca – Brazilian fish stew
• Brigadeiro – Chocolate truffle.
