What to Expect When Visiting Santana do Livramento, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

The activity consists of a walk in the olive grove to know the olive varieties and, depending on the season, see the difference between the olives. Continue with a factory tour (lagar) explaining the olive oil extraction process and the good practices employed. We finished the activity with a class and tasting of the produced olive oils.
