Jules loves being around people and has always enjoyed cooking and entertaining. She started cooking at the age of six and carefully watched her mother, grandmother and aunties in the kitchen. She comes from an Italian background and food was always an important affair in her home. Jules loves to share her cooking with guests in her home, where they can truly relax and savor an authentic meal. Many times while traveling Jules has felt she was missing out on true local cooking and the true culture of the place, so she is very happy about the opportunity to provide that for other travelers and bring them a little bit closer to Brazilian culture and cuisine.

Jules attended university in the US and later moved to London, where she lived for 11 years. It was there that she started developing her culinary taste and began to experiment with new ingredients. In addition to Brazilian food she loves to cook Indian, Mexican, British, American and other cuisines at home, so if you are craving something other than Brazilian food let her know!
