• Amuse Bouche – Crispy rice crackers with savory pork and shrimps paste dips
• Appetizer – Grilled local sea-based salad, winged bean, toasted sesame, jicama and orange sauce
• Soup – Slow cooked beef cheek from Battambang, charcoal eggplant, smoked lemongrass, tamarind juice and Kantrob leaf.
• Main Course of Kanell – Roasted chicken roll, green jack fruit and banana blossom served with prahok and red ant sauce, organic jasmine rice.
• Dessert of Kanell – Pumpkin and orange custard, top of young coconut ice-cream.
