Itinerary

It is located within the Villarrica National Park, Cordillera De Los Andes – Araucanía. In it you can find an Andean Caducifolio forest composed mainly of Nothofagus species (Lengas, Coigues, Ñires, Robles, Raulíes), mixed with an ancient ancient forest of Pewen (Araucaria Araucana), being this home to a large number of wildlife and bird species that you can see and hear during your tour (Wed-Wed, Chucao, Traro, Pitio, Black Carpenter, Tintica, Lettuce, etc.). This half-day trail will allow you to travel 3 Andean lagoons: Quillelhue, Escondida and Huinfiuca, the latter has an extensive beach to travel, allowing a wide view of the surroundings. This beautiful place has been used ancestral by the Mapuche Pehuenche families for the collection of Piñón (Fruit of the Araucaria) for their own consumption, exchange and commercialization.
