Itinerary
After a brief journey through the southern countryside we will arrive on the banks of the impressive Petrohué River. There we will go to the base station where we will fill out a form to later equip us. Once equipped the guide next to the trip will give us a safety talk to fully enjoy our adventure safely.
Once we arrive at the starting point, we will walk along a path that will take us where the rafts are located; we will get on them and start rowing down the river feeling how the intensity of its waters gradually increases. In a quieter section of the river we will practice what we learned in the safety talk, such as picking up a partner from the water.
In addition, in a safe area, we can jump from a rock of approximately 5 meters to dive directly into the crystalline waters of Petrohué. Then we will continue advancing and along the way we will find class III and IV rapids while wonderful landscapes of native forest and, of course, the imposing volcanoes surround us. After the activity we will return to the base station to change our clothes and enjoy a well deserved snack.
