The second origin comes from the story of a former resident of the hill, Don Leonardo Silva Villar, who argued that the name was due to the fact that in the middle of the hill there were, at the beginning of the 20th century, permanently, many barracks and ramadas, destined to the revelry and the pleasure of the parishioners, turning this place into a space of “pleasure.” As it was frequently frequented, it was called “The Pleasures”.
