Your tour guide will pick you up at the prearranged time, then hop on a private vehicle to the vegetarian restaurant and teahouse which located in the traditional Beijing Hutong allays.

Once arrived, you will start to learn the basics of the Chinese language (Mandarin) with a friendly teacher during a 3-hour class held over meal. Chinese language is widely regarded as being too difficult for a foreigner to even attempt to understand. Taste the fresh tea while learning. The class are personalized to teach basics like survival phrases and polite ways to interact with locals; you will learn fundamentals like how to count from one to ten and more. Get to learn how to ask questions about daily life in Beijing, how to ask directions, how to order food in Chinese restaurant etc. Besides, you will get insider tips about local dining and tea etiquette as well as the fascinating history of Chinese food.

Held in a traditional vegetarian restaurant preferred by locals, this meal and class provides a lighthearted introduction to the Chinese language and gastronomy, as participants dine on classic customary dishes such as Tai Chi soup, Luohan Pagoda, or pure lotus. Learn how some of the ingredients of these foods reveal much about Chinese history and culture.
