What to Expect When Visiting Guangzhou, Guangdong, China

Itinerary
Day 1: Guangzhou to Meizhou
Stop At: Dapu County, Dapu County, Guangdong
At 8am, you will be picked up by your guide at your centrally located Guangzhou hotel, then take 5-hours ride by private vehicle to Meizhou. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a local Hakka lunch. Then you will visit TaiAn Castle in Dapu County, which is an old house built about 250 year ago with bricks.
Enjoy the evening walk in the Hakka Town to learn the history about Hakka.

Today you will visit the Songkou Old Town, which used to be the first stop for local Hakka people heading abroad.

Stop At: Yannanfei Tea Field, Yanyang Town Meijiang District, Meizhou 514759 China
Then you will visit the tea plantation to learn the history about local tea, and enjoy the break to taste the tea.

Day 3: Meizhou – Guangzhou by Car

Today you will visit the old village that is the hometown for many overseas Hakka people, and there are more than 130 well-preserved old houses to display the history.
After the lunch, you will take 5-hour ride back to Guangzhou hotel where the tour concludes.
