Stop At: Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang), Zhongxin District, Xi’an 710001 China

Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby in the morning at 08:30. First, walking through the magnificent South Gate of City Wall, follow the path to the City wall south-east park ,see locals lives, and join them to try different kinds morning body-exercises, have a wonderful experience with natives.

Then walk into the Wenchang Wall Gate, wander around the City Wall inner allays, catch sight of the old part with lay-folks ‘trivialities” like temporary morning market or street side hair cut barbers, if you are lucky, you can meet wedding picture photograph couple probably..

Go up to the East gate of the City Wall, you can ride or take electrical car to the North gate, enjoy fantastic view of the city from top of the Wall.

After a local Halal lunch, keep going to non-touristy Muslim quarter, take electrical car or Tuk Tuk, go through the Muslim street with different views along the back alleys. Optional Joining natives to the Male and Female Mosques. Or you just have a wander and get special view of local Muslim people, white-hair grandma is knitting sitting along corner bench, bloody meat store, newly decorated wedding dress store, shabby wall hiding behind the main street, this multi-culture look is mussy but well operated.

Muslim market is also called Muslim quarter or called Muslim Street. You will follow your guide explore Muslim snacks along the crowded main street to the back lanes, you will not only see a lot of interesting food such as big stick limb skewers, yellow color sticky rice, stir fruit ice cream, nuts candy, beef burger…..you also will see the female mosque and Male Mosque, and see local Muslim people life in the narrow alleys behind the crowding.

Stop At: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta), Enci Temple The southern part of Yata Road, Yanta District, Xi’an 710061 China

You will follow your guide take subway to Big Wild Goose Pogoda in the afternoon.
Your private guide will explain why the pogoda is leaning, the relationship between the “Silk Road”and Tang, what is the Buddhist philosophy and how today’s China religion condition is. If your visit time is the chanting day, you will see a lot of monks and believers stay out changting in the yard. Walk out of the Pogoda, your guide will lead you to walk around in Great Tang sculpture culture street which is decorated with Tang dynasty style architecture.

Your guide will assist you get a taxi back your downtown hotel at the end of the tour.
