Zhouzhuang, a small town in the south of the Yangtze River, is known as the “No.1 water town in China”, and is one of the first 5A scenic spots in China. Zhouzhuang was founded in 1086. Zhouzhuang, located in Kunshan, Suzhou, is one of the six ancient towns in the south of the Yangtze River. It was named a famous historical and cultural town in 2003. Zhouzhuang, with a long history, is a typical water town in the south of the Yangtze River. It has a unique human landscape and is the treasure of Chinese water town culture and Wu local culture. More than 60% of the houses in Zhouzhuang Town are still built in Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are nearly 100 classical houses and more than 60 brick gatehouses in the town of 0.47 square kilometers. The ancient style of Zhouzhuang houses still exists, and 14 ancient bridges with different characteristics are preserved. Scenic spots include: Shen Wansan’s former residence, Fu’an bridge, Shuangqiao, Shen hall, strange building, eight sceneries of Zhouzhuang, etc.

Shen Wansan’s former residence is located in the happy world of Zhouzhuang.
