Stop At: Shanghai Zhongshan Park, No.780 Changning Road, Changning District, Shanghai 200042 China
To have a day see and experience local ppl’s life. Morning to the center of shanghai Zhongshan park is where to see real ppl’s life. Ppl run, ladies jazz dance , Taiji practice, Martial Arts,Play Majiang under trees, have a walk…There are all type of exercise and interesting things in the park. We can just watch or follow behind learn the exercise.

See old lane house where some local still there. One house with three family share one kitchen and public facility. Behind the moden street, ppl still eat outside of the house in the lane house. Great experience to see some local ppl’s daily life.

Dumpling is a typical chinese food usually family make and eat at new year eve. We can go to a local family learn from a shanghainess lady how to make dumplings. Can make one with meat and one for vegetarian. And lunch with handmade dumplings plus few family fried dishes.

In the east side of the Bund of shanghai, along the riverside. The govenment has made a long running path. There are 22 rest stations for ppl take break during biking or running.
