This labyrinth of small shops is one of Shanghai’s few remaining markets where you can get a wide range of copy-branded clothing, accessories and souvenirs. Find Nike, Levi, Beats, Gucci, Rolex and hundreds of other ‘brands’ at fractions of retail prices. You’ll find a range of quality and a classic Chinese experience. Be prepared to negotiate!

This is the main shopping street of Shanghai and is one of the world’s busiest shopping streets. The street is cut off from cars and buses and made for pedestrians to stroll, browse and shop. You can find hundreds of shops and brands from all over the world as well as a wide range of food and restaurants. Great for shopping or just people watching.

A great place to not only shop for pearls, but also other souvenir shopping. Pearl and jewelry shops dominate the second two floors but the first floor is filled with small vendors selling Chinese silk, scarves, small curios, handbags, and t-shirts.

Shi Liu Pu Cloth Market houses an array of tailors and seamstresses. This one of the more manageable markets in town. In addition to a full range of fabrics, it offers a wide range of clothing accessories, buttons, zippers and trims.
