You will be introduced to the best olive oil region in the world!
Starting from our authentic Istrian olive oil tasting room where you will be presented with the process of obtaining premium extra virgin olive oil. After a presentation and degustation we will move to the olive grove where you’ll get to know a bit more about various types of olive trees.
Through this experience you will discover Istria nature, our carefully tended olive trees and premium extra virgin olive oil.
Istria is again, for the sixth year in a row, declared the best olive oil region in the world according to the Italian Flos Olei.
You will be guests at my family property built in 1899. located on a small hill surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and orchards.
We will take you to our authentic Istrian olive oil tasting room where you will be presented with the educational story about the history of olive cultivation and phases of premium olive oil production today.
You will hear about our family tradition, harvesting process, year around works in the olive grove, how olive oil is extracted and how it should be properly stored, how it changed from past to today.
We’ll also taste our Olivo Istriano Premium Grand Cuvée oil with some homemade bread, homemade ricotta cheese and other Istrian delicacies.
Of course, we’ll throw in a glass or two of our 2 local wines and our home made elderflower juice.
You’ll learn how to taste and distinguish premium and bad olive oil.
After that we will move to the olive grove where you’ll get to know a bit more about various types of our carefully tended olive trees.

• Guided olive degustation – We’ll also taste our premium extra virgin olive oil with some homemade bread, home made ricotta cheese, 2 local cheeses and Istrian delicacies
• Artisan ice cream with coffee – Artisan Ice cream Fior di Latte locally produced with few drops of espresso or a final touch of our premium olive oil
