Shortly after breakfast onboard, we’ll commence our ride to what has been described as one of the prettiest villages in Europe. The town of Pučišća lies on the northern side of the island and is home to the only stonemason school in Croatia, thanks to an abundance of unique marble that resembles white limestone. Historically famous buildings have been constructed with stone from Brac, such as Diocletian’s Palace, the White House in Washington and Parliament House in Vienna.

Vis has been used over the centuries as a strategic military port and saw action by the Allied military through WWII.
