Day 2: Giza Great Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara

From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, built-in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel.

Stop At: Khan Al-Khalili, Cairo Egypt
You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4: Fly to Aswan – Nile cruise

Stop At: Aswan, Aswan, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley
Today you will fly to Aswan to start your 3-night Nile cruise to Luxor. Meet and assist by our representative at Aswan airport. Transfer to your cruise. After lunch, enjoy a felucca sailboat ride around the Elephantine Island in Aswan.
Overnight is in Aswan.

Day 5: Aswan Tour – Kom Ombo Temple

Stop At: Temple of Philae, Island of Agilika, Aswan Egypt
Explore the beautiful Temple of Philae or Isis Temple at Philae Island. The temple was built during the Greco-Roma era and dedicated to Isis, goddess of love and magic in ancient Egypt.
The temple was dismantled into 40,000 pieces and relocated to its modern location in the 1970s.

Stop At: Aswan High Dam, Manteqet As Sad Al Aali, Aswan Egypt
One of the greatest engineering feats of the 1960s is the High Dam in Aswan. The dam was built during the time of Nasser with the help of the Soviets.

Stop At: Unfinished Obelisk, Sheyakhah Oula, Aswan Egypt
Visit the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk to find out how the ancient Egyptians fashioned these monolithic obelisks. Then transfer back to the ship. Set sail to Kom Ombo. Stop at Kom Ombo to visit Kom Ombo Temple and the Crocodile Museum.

Stop At: Temple of Kom Ombo, Nagoa Ash Shatb, Kom Ombo 81611 Egypt
Walk from your ship to the twin temple of Horus (falcon-god) and Sobek (crocodile-god) at Kom Ombo. The temple was built during the Greco-Roman era and is famous for the surgical instruments scene.
Visit the Crocodile Museum, which contains 31 mummies of the crocodile god, Sobek. Then back to your cruise to set sail to Edfu.

Day 6: Edfu – Esna – Luxor

You will wake up on the hustle and bustle of the horse carriages waiting to transfer you to the temple of Horus in Edfu. After the tour of the temple, the cruise will set sail to Luxor via the Lock of Esna.

Upon arrival in Luxor, visit the largest temple in the world, the Temple of Karnak. The temple is dedicated to the Theban Triad, Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.

From Karnak Temple to the majestic Luxor Temple in the heart of Luxor. Both temples are connected via sphinxes avenue, which newly is open to the public.

Day 7: Luxor West Bank – Hurghada

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt
Disembarkation, then visit the magnificent tombs of the Valley of the Kings. The Valley of the Kings has 65 tombs, only ten tombs are open to the public in a rotation system. Your guide will recommend the best three tombs open to visit.
Be aware that the tomb of Tutankhamen has a private fee, so make sure you have some cash (300 L.E).

Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Kings Valley Rd Deir el-Bahari, Luxor 23512 Egypt
From the Valley of the Kings to the unique temple of the female pharaoh, Hatshepsut, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years. The temple is unique among the Egyptian temple as built-in three terraces.
The area was converted into a Christian monastery by the 4th century AD, that’s why called Deir El-Bahari (northern monastery)
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Colossi of Memnon, Thebes, Luxor Egypt
End your tour with a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Two giant statues left from the temple of Amenhotep III were later called Agamemnon by the Greek travelers.
Transfer to Hurghada for some relaxation.
