The Egyptian Museum is very famous with its collection of artifacts from the Pharaohnic Period. The museum’s collection spans 5,000 years of art and is considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world.

In all there are more than 250,000 artifacts on display at the museum, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold, and jewelry that was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was unearthed in the 1920s.
