Stop At: Unfinished Obelisk, Sheyakhah Oula, Aswan Egypt

You will be met at your hotel by guide who will commence the tour visiting the Granite Quarry and Unfinished Obelisk where you will discover how the ancient Egyptians cut and modelled a single piece of granite to create statues and obelisks. You will have the opportunity to view the Unfinished Obelisk the largest known ancient obelisk whose creators began to carve it directly out of bedrock, but cracks appeared in the granite and the project was abandoned. The bottom side of the obelisk is still attached to the bedrock and remains in the quarry today.

Stop At: Aswan High Dam, Manteqet As Sad Al Aali, Aswan Egypt

There are two dams in Aswan, the Aswan Low Dam or British Dam, which was constructed in 1889, and the Aswan High Dam which was built during the reign of President Nasser is double height of the Aswan Low Dam. The Aswan High Dam has resulted in protection from floods and droughts, an increase in agricultural production and employment, electricity production, and improved navigation that also benefits tourism. Island of Philae. We will end our tour with a motorboat ride to the temple of Philae to visit to the Pearl of Egypt, the temple of the goddess ISIS. Building of this temple began in 280 BC and was completed in 80 BC.
All of the structures of Philae were dismantled into 40000 pieces and moved the island of Agilkia, which bears the name of Philae before the Aswan High Dam was built. The real Philae was lost under the water.
At the end of the tour you will return to your hotel.
