Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. You will visit 3 tombs

Stop At: Temple of Karnak, Karnak, Luxor Egypt
Karnak temple the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means “the most sacred of places.” The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars. On the way you will enjoy lunch at quality restaurant

Day 2: Day 2: Abu Simbel Tour from Aswan / Marsa Alam

Stop At: Abu Simbel Temple Complex, Abu Simbel, Abu Simbel Egypt
At 7:00 AM you will be picked up from your hotel in Aswan by air-conditioned modern van to Abu Simbel (the journey from Aswan to Abu Simbel takes about 3 hours drive) the main attraction being the great sun temple of Ramses II and the temple of queen Nefertari. Both temples were discovered in 1813 it was almost completely covered with sand. Then both temples were moved in 1960 by the help of Egyptian government and UNESCO to avoid the rising water of the Nile. Ramses II built the temple mostly to honor himself as inside there is a mural depicting his famous victory at Qadesh battle where his army defeated his enemies.

On the north of Ramses temple, the Nefertrai Temple which was built by Ramses II to his favorite wife queen Nefertari among other 200 wives and concubines. After finishing the visit to Abu Simbel you will transfer to Aswan for free time at leisure and free walking tour of Aswan and before 6 o’clock in the evening, transferred by1st class train to Luxor then you will be transferred by your private vehicle back to your hotel in Marsa Alam ( the journey takes about 3H30 minutes drive).
