The unique history of the caves of this winery will not leave you indifferent. According to Frédéric, the owner, the history of these caves begins in the XVII century with the introduction of taxes by Louis the Great (Sun king of France). Precisely down there many greatest valuable pieces were often hidden from the royal treasury. This place perpetuates family traditions inside its wine cellars that take their roots in the XVII century. It is with great care, skill and desire for quality that Frédéric resumes family activities and pays homage to his ancestors with the help of the Bélive cuvee.

The creator of the factory, Mr. Gauthier, was an outstanding master and collector of distilling machines from all over France for many years. Today you can see for yourself how the production of tinctures. Digital projections and installations with which the factory is equipped will immerse you in the special atmosphere of creating strong drinks. In addition, you can try the results of the creations in a well-equipped tasting room.
