Make your stay in Champagne unforgettable by sabering your bottle of Champagne from a family of independent producer/grower in private in the famous village of Aÿ with your expert Isabelle.
If you are an even group : 1 bottle will be sabred per group of 2 pers.
In case of an uneven group : group of 3 pers. : 1 sabred bottle / group of 5 pers. : 2 sabred bottles / group of 7 pers. : 3 sabred bottles, etc …
Sabrage is an Art in the region and I will introduce you to this famous local tradition !
After the sabrage, you will be able to fully enjoy your sabred bottle in our landscaped private garden in the heart of Aÿ in a friendly and “Champenoise” authentic atmosphere with discovery of the Art of serving Champagne and tasting advices.
You can choose your glass from a large collection of old or recent Champagne glasses to taste it.
We can explain the vineyard to you with our planted vines and the champagne making process in our educational cellar on site.
The tasting will be accompanied by the famous “Biscuits Roses” of Reims.
This unusual Experience will be the MUST of your stay in Champagne !
