07:30 The Guide will welcome you at Opera Garnier Steps. The trip begins.
There are approx. 190 km to drive on a highway from Paris to to the wine village Chablis, famous for its white wines. It takes around 2,5 hours.
The Guide will give you general information about French history connected to Burgundy, especially Beaune and Dijon.
Stop At: Chablis, Chablis, Yonne, Bourgogne-Franche-Comte
10.00 – 12.00 Chablis wine tasting during the visit of the winery «Domaine du Chardonnay». 9 Chablis Grand CRU wine tasting to be paid on site of €30 per person.
The Domaine du Chardonnay runs a vineyard of 34.5 hectares.
The Chardonnay is the king of the variety, it allows to produce in Chablis, four different appellations such as Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
12.00 – 13.30 Lunch time in Chablis. On request, we organise a gastronomic dinner in Chablis. To be paid direct to the Restaurant from €45 fo €60 per person depending on the meals set. There are other options for dinner.
13:30 Departure to Beaune (135 km on the highway). It takes 1,5 hours.

15.45 – 16.30 Visit of The Hospices de Beaune (Hôtel-Dieu) – a former charitable almshouse founded in 1443 as a hospital for the poor (Tickets included).
The original hospital building is one of the finest examples of XV century Burgundian architecture and one of the best-preserved renaissance buildings in Europe.

16:30 – 18:00 Wine tasting with a professional sommelier of Burgundy wines in the cellars «The Patriarch and sons» (extra charge).
The Caves Patriarche are located in the center of Beaune. The 5 kilometers of tunnels that make it up run under the city and make it one of the largest cellars in Burgundy. It’s also a place full of history, founded in 1780, located in the former convent of the Visitandines, some of whose tunnels go back to the XIII century.
18.00 – Departure to Paris (315 km highway). It takes 3,5 to 4 hours.
