After visiting the property selected for your tour in the vineyard, your guide will step you into the shoes of the winemaker, the one who creates the wine to attract future customers.
This workshop is undoubtedly the most entertaining and rewarding concerning the approach of the elaboration of wine.
After tasting the different grape varieties to understand their specificity and their contribution to the composition of a typical Bordeaux wine, you will try to create a cuvee by subtly assembling 2 or 3 major grape varieties including: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
This workshop will introduce you to the art of assembly, assembling aromas, textures and flavors … the art of assembly is the art of chiselling one’s style.
