Cambes Trip Overview
Come and discover the picturesque vineyards of the Cadillac – Côtes de Bordeaux appellation!
Built in the 16th century on the heights of the village of Cambes, Château Haut Peyrat overlooks a magnificent 40 hectare terroir, mixing vines, woods and meadows in the heart of “Bordeaux Tuscany”.
Your visit will begin with the discovery of the park and the vineyards where we will present the history of the castle and the characteristics of the vineyard and its annual cycle. We will then head to the technical buildings: the vat room and the cellar, in order to present the different stages of winemaking, then we will end with a workshop to discover the senses.
This workshop consists of developing your senses through various taste and olfactory activities in order to approach wine tasting in the rules of the art!
