At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 min and is followed by the tasting. During the tasting, you will be able to try caviar, caviar butter, and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you just visited. Those dishes are served with a glass of sparkling wine.
