Itinerary

Stop At: Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur
You’ll meet your english-speaking wine expert guide at the Marseille cruise pier. He will drive you in a comfortable & A/C minivan accommodating up to 8 people.
You’ll visit 2 wineries along the day, go behind the scenes to learn all about the wine making process while visiting the aging rooms.
Your guide will explain you about the soil, the climate, the grape varieties, the “terroir” but also the picking, the pruning, green harvesting…in a relaxed and educational way.
You’ll taste some of the finest Rosés powerful and well-balanced reds, and also aromatic and lively whites. Your guide will teach you how to taste like a pro
You will get about 2h free time to lunch and visit in one of the most beautiful towns/ cities of the area: the charming little port of Cassis, or the picturesque village of Lourmarin or the lively and elegant city of Aix en Provence.
You’ll be back to Marseille Cruise Port around 4/4.30pm ( other return time possible – to be defined with you after your booking).
