Day 1: GETTING TO KNOW TBILISI

Day 2: GOING TO THE MOUNTAINS
Stop At: Stepantsminda, Georgia
We will go to breathe the delicious clean air and admire the greatness of the mountains to one of the highest points of the Caucasus, Mount Kazbek (5033 meters high) along the famous Georgian Military Road, which runs through the most picturesque mountain landscape of the Caucasus. This is one of the most beautiful roads in the Caucasus, and indeed in the world! This is not just a 208 km long track … The route along the Georgian Military Road is full of many sights and breathtaking beauty of the majestic mountains, ridges and gorges.

Day 3: WE ARE GOING TO THE WINE REGION OF GEORGIA-KAKHETI

We will go to the wine region of Kakheti.
Here you will learn the taste of this noble Georgian wine!
Archaeological research proves that the traditions of Georgian winemaking originated 7 thousand years ago. There is an opinion that the word “wine” comes from the Georgian word “gvino”.

Stop At: Signagi City Walls, Old Town, Signagi Georgia
Let’s take a walk around the city of Sighnaghi. This small town is called the “city of love”. Its narrow cobbled streets are filled with comfort and warmth.
Sighnaghi is located on a hilltop and is surrounded by a fortress wall that was built by King Heraclius II in the 18th century. The city walls offer stunning views of the Alazani Valley.
And, by the way, there is a round-the-clock registry office and you can arrange an unplanned wedding ceremony;)

Let’s take a look at the estate of Prince Chavchavadze and the summer residence of the Russian emperors in Tsinandali. Today there is a house โ museum, a large park with rare plants and an old wine cellar.

Take a walk around the medieval castle of Gremi.

Day 4: TODAY WE WILL SEE MTSKHETA, UPLISTSIKHE, RABATI
Stop At: Mtskheta, Georgia
We will go to the ancient city of Mtskheta.
The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Mtskheta is the ancient capital of Georgia and a holy place for every Georgian. The city is called “The Second Jerusalem”. It was here that Saint Nino brought the good news, and here is kept one of the greatest shrines of the Christian world โ the Chiton of the Lord. Christian pilgrims and tourists from all over the world flock here.

We will visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral โ this is the main cathedral of Georgia, where the Lord’s Chiton is kept.

We will climb to the top of the mountain to the Jvari temple, from which you can see the confluence of the two rivers Aragvi and Kura. It was about this amazing place that M. Lermontov wrote in his poem “Mtsyri”.

Then we head to the most ancient cave city of Uplistsikhe.
“Fortress of God” is literally translated from the Georgian language of the cave city of Uplistsikhe.
Most of its dwellings and streets are located right in the thickness of the volcanic rocks.
It is assumed that it was formed around 1000 BC, and finally emptied only in the XIX century!

Day 5: LET’S MARVEL AT THE SCALE OF THE CAVE CITY OF VARDZIA

We will walk around the grandiose cave city of Vardzia, which consists of about 600 caves of natural and artificial origin and stretches for about a kilometer and has eight “floors”. Vardzia was an “invisible city”.
And, of course, we will visit an amazing place on earth – the cave city of Vardzia carved into a rock the size of a large block and 12 floors high with mazes like in a large anthill.Overnight stay in Martvili.

Day 6: THE PEARL OF OUR JOURNEY
Stop At: Martvili Canyon, Martivili Georgia
Visit the Martville canyons with emerald water and cascading waterfalls. Those who wish can even take an invigorating shower under the powerful jets of the beautiful waterfall and, of course, take amazing shots for Instagram.
We will enjoy deep gorges, amazing waterfalls, beautiful landscapes and mountain rivers.
By the way, here scientists have found traces of the habitation of a primitive man and a dinosaur!
We return to Tbilisi.

We will go for a walk in the 1.5km-long Prometheus cave and immerse ourselves in a world that has never seen the sunlight. To enhance the effect of the “mysterious underground kingdom”, stalactites and stalagmites are artfully illuminated with all the colors of the rainbow.
We will go down to the Prometheus stalactite cave, as long as 1.5 kilometers with real stalactites and stalagmites, and a cave lake.

Day 7: DAY OF REST AND SOUVENIRS HOME
