One of the important cultural and spiritual sites of Georgia -“Svetitskhoveli (11th c.)- “Life-Giving Pillar” is a beauty of the town of Mtskheta
.According to the legend, the first church (4th c) here was built on the burial site of Christ’s robe. As the church was being constructed, the wooden pillar rose into the air and magic chrism started to flow from it, healing all the diseases which gave name to the church

Les us welcome you in the historic estate,castle,palace at chateau Mukhrani !
The estate was built by the French architects and surrounding gardens were designed by a Versailles gardener for the Princes of Mukhrani in 1873.Forgotten during the Soviet Union,the palace was restored in 2002 and nowadays its ancient wine-cellar stores 60,000 barrels of wine
On reaching the estate we will be greeted by a chateau sommelier who will take us around the gardens,vineyards,here we can see some horses owned by the chateau,Than we proceed to historic wine-cellar situated in the basement of the palace and will be explained the whole wine making process beginning from harvesting to bottling
Our wine-tasting will be held in Chateau Mukhrani grand hall where we taste 4 different premium wines.Our sommelier will tell us all the details about their vineyards and wines after which we can enjoy our al-fresco lunch in the chateau park with delicious dishes cooked by a chief with organically grown products

A short but very scenic drive through pastoral landscapes of Kartli region will take us to the outskirts of the village of Dzalisi,first mentioned by Claudeus Ptolemy around two thousand years ago.Here, while walking through different ruins of ancient palaces ,pagan temples, bath-houses and even swimming-pools we became eye-witnesses of 2700-year-old life scenes and get amazed by beautiful ceramic paintings of pagan gods and goddesses on the floors of main temple.
Dzalisi pagan town walk is the last attraction we visit today
