Medieval fortress comprised of 2 churches inside with scenic views at Zhinvali water reservoir.

Stop At: Gudauri, Gudauri, Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region
We will cross central Caucasus ridge at the height 2600m. Pass famous winter resort Gudauri and on the way make stop at so called gallery, place on the top of rocky mountain with fascinating views at Aragvi river valley and surrounding high peaks of Caucasus mountain ridge.

We will drive up to famous Medieval Gergeti Trinity church at the top of the mountain. From this place highest peak of Eastern side of Caucasus, mount Kazbegi will be visible.

Stop At: Gveleti Waterfall, Stepantsminda Georgia
We will continue the way to the Dariali gorge and near the Russian-Georgian border hike up to Gveleti waterfall. hike is easy, approximately 2km, but you should fit physically to this light challenge as path is steep.
