You can join Churchkhela master class. Churchkhela is Georgian traditional sweet. The main ingredients are grape ,nuts and flour.Nuts are threaded onto a string,dipped in thickened grape juice and dried in the shape of a sausage. The traditional technology of churchkhela in the Kakheti region was inscribed on the intangible cultural heritage of Georgia list in 2015.

Lesson proccess
We boiled grape juice for 2 hours one day before.And It’s named Badagi
1.We crack walnuts and Stick a thread with needle into the nuts like a jewelry.
2. We put flour via net into badagi and then we mix and stir them.We keep boiling with stirring for 10mins. Badagi with flour is named Felamushi.
3.We dip the thread with nuts into Felamushi and lift it up.And We repeat dipping after 5 minutes of hanging and then hang them out again somewhere inside drying for 5-6 days.
# We hang them on with a fan for an hour and our guests take them back home as a souvenir.
# We have a tea party while we are drying churchkhela.And the guests eat Felamushi.
