On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. We Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo.

Stop At: Delphi Archaeological Museum, Ethniki Odos Amfissas – Livadias, Delphi 330 54 Greece
We also visit the Delphi Archeological Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer.

Our afternoon is free to spend at leisure.
Dinner and overnight in Delphi.

In the afternoon we leave Delphi for an interesting trip through Central Greece and the town of Lamia to Kalambaka.
Kalambaka is a small town built at the foot of the majestic grey rocks, crowned by the Meteora Monasteries.

We enjoy dinner and stay overnight in Kalambaka.

Here, ageless Monasteries containing priceless historical and religious treasures, stand suspended between earth and sky, on top of granite rocks.

Stop At: Battlefield of Thermopylae, Thermopylae Greece
Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia. Thermopylae (short stop to see across the road the Leonida’s Monument)

We arrive in Athens early in the evening.
