The hike route begins from Flambouri Refuge and most of it, is in the dense fir forest, which is the inhabitant for over 130 bird species and 40 mammals. You will have the opportunity to observe the red deer and enjoy crystal clear water from over 45 springs.
Mount Parnitha is the closest mountain to Athens, and the only National Park in Europe so close to a capital (40km). Explore the National Park and enjoy time out surrounded by the beauty of nature. After your hike, you can relax with a cap of mountain tea, try the famous φασολαδα (bean soup) or have a traditional Greek lunch, as this genuine outdoor adventure comes to an end.
