What to Expect When Visiting Andros, Greece, Greece
We will visit local tradition properties, homes at villages near Chora area and have the opportunity to meet the locals and use the traditional recipes of the Andros island.
We meet with all the participants at Fresco Juice and Salad Bar at the pedestrian road of Chora. We will take the mini van and go to a property at a village near Chora (1-5 km distance ) . There we will collectInd fresh products from the garden and with specific instructions we will prepare a local salad but also on of the local dish of Andros, the fourtalia and also depending on the season, the stuffed flowers from the pumpkins and the lyra. All the products we use are from Andros and the technique recipes from the traditions of the island through our grandmothers.
