Our cooking workshops are not just a recipe to bring back home. They are an attempt to renew the concept of getting-together exchanging ideas and experiencing the real Cretan taste and flavors of tradition. That’s why, after each workshop, we sit together around the table and share food and experiences.

We prepare and eat together a full Cretan branch which consists of a breakfast pie called: “bougatsa” yogurt with honey and nuts and Greek coffee.
We also bring “koulourakia” spoon sweets and fresh ginger lemonade.
“Bougatsa” is a delicious desert served in the most regions of Greece. It is sweet, but the Bougatsa served in Chania has the uniqueness to be made with the local cheese mizythra which gives it a sweet and sour taste. As for the Greek coffee, its making is a ritual, and its taste is a must have.
