With these ingredients, we are preparing the dishes that are known from our grandmothers and are part of the Cretans daily diet.
We wish to give to friends of Crete, the experience of our true life and true traditional food, far from tourist attractions!!!
The menu can be modified for our vegetarian guests.
During the lesson, we will give you useful information regarding the Cretan diet. At the end of the lesson, we will make a gastronomic feast where you will enjoy all the dishes we have prepared together.

• Chortopites – Chortopites: (small pies with many) different wild greens
• Sfakianes pites – Sfakianes pites: (Pies with homemade cheese) we will prepare it together
• Homemade cheese – Homemade cheese with fresh milk from sheep and goats
• Tzatziki – Tzatziki: Strained yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and olive oil
• Greek salad – Greek salad with homemade barley rusk, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, caper, olives, and off course enough olive oil
• Dolmadakia – Dolmadakia: Stuffed vine leaves, zucchini flowers with rice, vegetables, herbs and olive oil
• Keftedakia – Keftedakia: Fried meatballs
• Mousaka – Mousaka: The famous Greek dish (potatoes, zucchini, aubergines, minced meat in tomatoes sauce, béchamel) in the wood oven
• Giouvetsi – Giouvetsi: Rooster with orzo in the wood oven (traditional Sunday dish)
