Mesenikolas Trip Overview

We welcome you to our Nomadic Base, in Lake Plastira. There, at our open kitchen, set by the lakeshore, we trace back the early agricultural practices and make our bread by using a variety of native grains and natural sourdough starter. You will enjoy a fascinating workshop, by learning how to knead and bake artisan bread over a wood fire.
