In this half day tour you will have the opportunity to see three great Andros monasteries and the capital of Andros, Chora.
Your first stop will be at the monastery of Aghia Marina.
You will learn the monastery’s history and culture and you can pray.
Then you will head to Aghios Nikolaos monastery where you can drink holy water, learn its history and pray.
Your next stop will be at Aghia Eirini monastery, a museum monastery. There will be a theologist guide there to tell you about the loving story and the philanthropic actions of the monastery. You will also visit the many museum exhibits of the monastery.
Your final stop will be in Chora, the capital of Andros where you will see the statue of the unseen sailor, the Venezian castle and the paved roads of it. You will have some free time until you return back to Batsi
