Sledding Cheese Fondue, Chocolate

We will start with Swiss Chocolates tasting (5 kinds). After good dose of sugar, I’ll explain to you how to safely steer the sled with some sledding techniques. They can be fast!

Our sled run is very long and perfect for beginners, children, but also for those who like a bit of speed. So it’s FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. It’s a very nice way to discover beauty of Swiss mountains.

After 1,5h amazing fun on a sledding safari for those who booked with FONDUE option, we will stop in scenic secret spot to start our culinary experience on the slopes. I will introduce you to the history and the tradition of the legendary Swiss cheese fondue.

Our tour will end in Holenstein station so you will have the opportunity to return to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen easily. Now that you are confirmed sledgers, you can go down this route again or take a faster run.

• Sledges rental is not included – 15CHF (easy to rent in every Intersport – in Grindelwald Terminal, Wenegen or Mannlichen)
• Gondolla Tickets cost around 29chf and Sledges cost 15chf
• WHAT TO BRING: Good winter boots (very important! we break with our feet), winter jacket, waterproof gloves, sunglasses/goggles, ski pants if you have.
• HELMENT – recommended. Obligatory for kids. Easy to rent in any Intersport. Remember that in the end its your responsibility to steer safely and don’t hurt yourself.
