Forest bathing is a gentle & immersive, mindful walk inspired by the Japanese form of nature therapy a.k.a Shinrin Yoku
For an immersive “Grounding” experience it is recommended you walk bare feet ( this isn’t mandatory). Hence we recommend that you wear comfortable footwear
This experience will culminate in a tea ceremony; a refreshing brew prepared using native plants.
Forest Bathing walk will be led by forest bathing guide Dipika Sharma ( trained from the European Forest Therapy Institute, Ireland).

Itinerary

Forest Therapy India’s vision is to guide participants to develop a deeper connection with themselves using their five senses with the support of nature.

We have healing Forest Bathing retreats and therapeutic weekend walks where citizens can reap the benefits of this therapeutic practice.
This is a two-hour leisure walk.
We begin with a meditation to awaken the five senses.
We practice Mindfulness to help us slow down and connect to the present moment.
We practice Qi gong – meditation in Movement
We take you through the benefits of grounding (earthing) and explain how the tools can be used as a coping mechanism with anxiety, stress and Insomnia.
Guided activities to energise your senses.
Sharing and reconnecting over the tea- ceremony .
