Worried about the famous Delhi belly? Come home! Try out the goodness of local street food in the comforts of the home of a local.
Join home-chef Gunjan at her home in Dwarka, Delhi for a fun street food cooking and dining experience, where you will get to try out unique varieties of street food that hail from Varanasi. Some of the dishes that you will get to try are Pani Puri (A must try food, pani puri or golgappas are thin, crisp wafers filled with mashed potatoes, served with 3 different flavoured waters (asafoetida, sweet and sour, mint), Kaarayal (It is traditional split green gram dal (pulse based)which goes well with chapati or rice, Rabri (Rabri is creamy and natural sweet, made from boiling of the milk until it turns to pinkish, dense and creamy) and much more! You can gorge on these home-made dishes to your hearts content without worrying about hygiene and ingredients and get to interact with Gunjan and her family and learn about the local way of life.
The entire experience can last for about 2-3 hours.
