Stop At: Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi Road, New Delhi 110002 India
At the start of the trip your guide & a private air-conditioned car will pick you up from the hotel where you are staying at around 10:00. Your journey starts with a visit to Gandhi Smriti where Gandhi spent the last 144 days of his life and where he was assassinated on 30th January 1948. Visit the museum here associated with life and death of Gandhi.
Continue to Raj Ghat, Located on the bank of River Yamuna. Raj Ghat is a memorial to Gandhi inscribed with the words “Hey Ram” last words uttered by Gandhi. This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Your next and the final stop is National Gandhi Museum which has a rich collection of original books, journals and documents, photographs, audio-video visuals closely related with Mahatma Gandhi.
