Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Amritsar by Train + City Tour
Pass By: New Delhi Railway Station Gate 2, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi, 110002, India
Start early in the morning with at 6:30am pick-up from your hotel in New Delhi and transfer to the New Delhi Railway Station where you’ll board your Superfast Deluxe Train to Amritsar (departure time is 7:20am).
Please Note: Please carry your valid ID like a passport, driver’s license, student ID card, etc. The ID should display your photograph.
Stop At: Wagah, Hardo Rattan, Punjab 143108, India
After a lunch break (own expense) when you arrive, you’ll travel to the India/Pakistan Border for the changing of the guard ceremony and the flag hoisting and lowering activities, which are done with great skill and precision by the border security forces of both the countries.
Afterwards, you’ll head to your hotel

Day 2: Amritsar City Tour and Delhi by Train
Stop At: Golden Temple Road, Golden Temple Rd, Jallan Wala Bagh, Katra Ahluwalia, Amritsar, Punjab 143006, India
You’ll start your sightseeing tour at 8am, where you’ll head out to the Golden Temple. The Temple is the spiritual center of the Sikh faith, and was built by Guru Arjun Singh in the late 16th century.

Stop At: Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple Rd near Golden Temple, Amritsar 143006 India
After that you’ll visit the Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, an important monument dedicated to the hundreds of martyrs of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Durgiana Temple, Near Hathi Gate Chownk Opposite Goal Bagh., Amritsar 143001 India
Finally, you’ll travel to Durgiana Temple which sits in the middle of a sacred lake and its share of pilgrims from all over the world.
After a lunch break (own expense), you’ll transfer over to the Amritsar Railway Station for your return train to New Delhi.

After the Amritsar sightseeing drop at Railway Station and the train departs at 4:40pm, with dinner being served on board.
