Itinerary
Our winemaking team will take you through the process of making our wines, right from our viticultural practices to the tasting of wines. Know about our what goes into crafting each bottle of wine. They will talk about the harvest, the crushing, fermenting and ageing process. It is followed by a visit to our barrel cellar which is tucked 20 feet below the ground and has premium French oak barrels in which our wines are carefully aged. This is followed by a wine tasting session that presents five premium wines that showcase Vallonne’s winemaking style.
