We are a close-to-nature, focused-on-sustainability wilderness camp and jungle-living destination in the Jawai region of Rajasthan, situated in the midst of scrub, thorn and meadows of wild grasses — bordered by a watercourse on one side and within a stone’s throw of a range of rocky hillocks.

Itinerary

Activities: Leopard Safari, Hill Hiking; Wild animal Tracking; Forest camping; Birdwatching; Campfire; Stargazing; Village Visit etc

Itinerary:

Day 1
Arrive in the afternoon. Have lunch and relax for a while
Leave for safari at around 3:30-4, return late in the evening.

Day 2
Early morning safari. Be back for breakfast/brunch
Spend a few hours exploring the waterhole and hills around the property, looking for animal signs (pugmark, scat etc) .
After lunch, visit a village nearby, spend time and interact with the villagers, learn about their culture and lifestyle.

Other options during the day include a visit to the Vellar village and lake (a good place for birding and crocodiles), or a long hike across the hills. There are small hamlets nestled in the hills and are worth a visit. Afternoon in the hills is also a good time to see some raptors.

Day 3
Maybe a hike early in the morning to go and look for wildlife around camp. Can also spend time birding around the property.
